Valentine’s Day Dinner 2/14/2017

Mason Dining hosted a Premium Valentine’s Day dinner special for our guests at Ike’s. We wanted to give students the opportunity to have a special holiday dinner without having to leave campus. To make it more special, we had a pre-sale option, which allowed students to make a reservation for one of two time slots. If a reservation was made, guests found a box of chocolates waiting at their table when seated. Ike’s Multipurpose Room was Transformed into a restaurant where dining staffed served students a three course meal. Ordered an appetizer, entrée, and dessert options from the menu below:

Appetizers:

• Oysters Rockefeller, Roasted Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, or Lobster Bisque

Entrees:
*All come with three cheese gratin potatoes, and roasted fresh asparagus- Potatoes don’t come with Risotto*

• Smokes Cornish Hen, Shrimp Milanese Risotto, Beef Tenderloin with Herb Crust, or Vegetable Stack

Desserts:

• Bananas Foster with Ice Cream or Molten Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream and Strawberry Sauce
