On the 1st floor is the “Gold Rush”, where you will find hot and cold entrees, sides, sandwiches, salads, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, grill items, pizza, etc.
Open early, closing late.
Each of the following stations will be self contained meal stations; everything onemight need for a meal can be had at each station, including beverages and appropriate
side dishes.
Upstairs on the main dining floor, upon entering SouthSide you will discover “Without Boundaries”, which will offer breakfast on weekdays and weekend brunch, with custom omelets. For lunch and dinner it will feature
international cuisine as an action station.Food will be cooked to order.
Across from Without Boundaries is “Changing Colors”, with two parts: a central main salad bar with an enlarged and expansive selection, and an action station for sizzlin’ salads prepared to order, great choices for those seeking a balanced meal, and for vegetarians also.
Next to Without Boundaries there is “4400 Grill”. The char grill and flat top cookers will produce a large variety of hot sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwiches, burgers,
fries, onion rings and other student favorites.
Across from 4400 Grill is “Spaghettaboutit”: a
variety of pasta dishes and gourmet pizzas cooked in a professional deck oven will produce the real deal,authentic texture and flavor: Real Italian Pies, Calzones,
Stromboli, Linguini Putanesca, Fettuccine Alfredo, meatball subs, and everything Italian and New Jersey!
Next we encounter “After All” with soft serve and hand dipped ice cream, fresh baked pastries and donuts, pies and cakes, cup cakes, cookies and Belgian waffles. Our
on staff bakers will be baking homemade treats daily!
And across from After All is “WrappedUp”.
