George's was designed especially for the
Mason community and is a favorite among Mason faculty.
George's is located on the 3rd floor of the Johnson
Center and provides a great dining experience and a
well-equipped faculty lounge for programming and events
in the evening hours. The creative-but not outlandish-menu
includes a salads, sandwich and wrap bar, a dessert
table with Seattle's Best Coffees, and a different hot
special ensemble meal each day of the week. Open 11:30am to 7:30pm.

The Bistro is located on the ground
floor of the Johnson Center, serving from a variety of stations. The Bistro's full all-you-can-eat breakfast
buffet is a favorite with students. This is the resident dining breakfast for traditional meal plan holders.
Gunston's Grub offers freshly prepared,
well rounded "comfort" meals, vegetarian fare, and the ever favorite and ubiquitous rotisserie chicken.
There is a gorgeous salad, hot food and deli bar displaying
fresh produce, meat salads, and meats and cheeses
by the ounce, and a chili and soup are served each
day. The "Bistro Bar" (hot component) features a different
value meal each day, like a Taco Bar with seasoned
beef, chicken and beans with all the toppings to Cheezy
Dogs and Fries, with chili, cheese sauce and all the
fixins to dress up your hot dog and curly fries.
Worlds Fare:
at lunchtime, a chef fires up a saute' station to prepare
ethnic and regional specialties in grand exhibition
style.
Bistro Pizza offers a daily rotation of gourmet pizza by-the-slice.
