About me:
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. I owned my own restaurant in the Bay Areas for 5 years before culinary school, called Pacific Gourmet Pizza. I worked in electronics for 10 years in
Silicon Valley and used to come home from work and spend 2 hours making dinner.
The more I did it the more I liked it. Eventually I left electronics for food service.
I would like to see George Mason become one of the top schools in the country for it's
food service program. I would also love to get my C.E.C. - Certified Executive Chef from
the American Culinary Federation.
